We've officially entered the double digit weeks of the 2025 NFL season, and we here at 4QWI.com are he as always to give you some super duper fantasy football matchup-winning advice amidst a busy BYE week slate and pivotal transition point to the final stretch of your fantasy regular season.
Using data, gut feelings and ethereal projections, we will provide you the tools needed to get that juicy dub week after week with 100% accuracy. We will, of course, omit matchup-proof choices such as Puka Nacua and Josh Allen.
Quarterbacks: @Endydoe
Start: Jared Goff @ Washington Commanders (Sunday, 11/9 @ 4:25 PM EST)
My start of the week outside of the obvious standout fantasy QBs this season is Jared Goff. They say real G's move in silence like lasagna and Goff is putting together a respectable season from a real-life and fantasy perspective with 1,915/17/3 numbers going into this Sunday's tilt against the Commanders. Washington's defense has been made of spiderwebs this season as they have allowed 25 or more points in all but one of their games. Against QBs, they've allowed the second most passing yards, are tied for the third most pass TDs allowed (19) and in general are giving up the third most fantasy points to the position this season.
Not only that, but Jared and the Lions are coming in for a big bounce back win after their loss to the Vikings last week. Goff is a sensational start in all formats this week. Start: Jaxson Dart @ Chicago Bears (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
Dart has been a revelation for this Giants team despite the obvious injury-related setbacks they've experienced on the season. He's electrifying to watch and is also the kind of dual threat that is ever sought after in fantasy football. He's looking to be a reliable weekly start regardless of opponent right now, and this week his Giants are taking on the Bears who are coming off of a shootout of a game against the Bengals where their defense allowed 42 points. Just a week prior, the Bears also allowed 30 points to the Ravens led by Tyler Huntley. Huntley, in that game, put up 186/1/0 with 8 carries for 53 yards on the ground. Dart is a great option this week. It makes you wonder how this team looks with Dart having a healthy Nabers and Skattebo alongside him.
If you've got nothing better: Jordan Love vs. Philadelphia Eagles (MNF, 11/10 @ 8:15 PM EST)
The Pack continue to be a really weird team this season, with their two losses coming to the Browns and Panthers. Their schedule thus far has been rather forgiving and with that, Love is having a decent yet unremarkable season as he is 9th in passing yards, T-14th in pass tuddies, though he has only thrown three picks all year.
At home, Love and the Packers host the defending champion Eagles. Philly, for their part, are allowing the 13th least fantasy points to QBs this season, but this includes being 28th in sacks (16) and 28th in interceptions (5). This provides Love a decent floor, but at the same time we've seen him go for under 200 yards passing thrice this season. He is not an immediate jump-off-the-page kind of start, but Jordan Love'll be serviceable if you've got the need with good fantasy options like Dak and Mahomes on the BYE this week.
Sit: Brock Purdy / Mac Jones vs. Los Angeles Rams (Sunday, 11/9 @ 4:25 PM EST)
It's looking like Brock Purdy might finally be back for this Sunday's game against the Rams. In his stead, Mac Jones has been exactly what he needed to be for his team, going 5-2 in his tenure as San Fran's QB1. What he needs to be for that team, however, does not exactly translate to what your fantasy team needs. Regardless if it's Mac who has been unspectacular or a returning Brock Purdy coming off of a toe injury, this matchup with the Rams is not enviable.
LAR has allowed the third least fantasy points to QBs this season, and are tied for 3rd in the league in Sacks (27). This is a very tough matchup for any team in general as the Rams have allowed just 20 points in their past three games. Even against the Saints, Jaguars and Huntley Ravens, that is an incredible feat in the NFL. Look for another option this week.
Running Backs: Austin # 1
Start: D’andre Swift/Kyle Monongai, CHI vs. New York Giants (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
The Giants have been one of the worst defenses against the run this season, and the Bears’ rushing attack has been on fire as of late. In his last 3 games played, Swift has rushed 44 times for 277 yards and 2 TDs, which is a very efficient 6.3 yards per carry. Swift has been battling a groin injury and was listed questionable in those matchups as well, and he missed week 9 due to the injury, but remains questionable for week 10. If Swift suits up, he is primed for an efficient day on the ground, and game script should yield a ton of rushing opportunities.
Kyle Monongai started in place of Swift last week, and broke out for a monster game, rushing for 176 yards on 26 carries. Monongai has carved a role for himself in this offense, and if Swift starts I’d assume a timeshare in this backfield would occur, at least until Swift is 100% healthy again. If Swift misses time or is limited in this game at all, Monongai will have a great opportunity for another breakout performance. Keep an eye on Swift’s injury designation before the game starts, but both have RB1 ceilings in this favorable matchup against the Giants.

Start: Quinshon Judkins @ New York Jets (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
Coming fresh off a BYE, Judkins and the Browns travel to MetLife Stadium to take on the Jets, who also allow 135 rushing yards per game (24th), and have struggled to remain competitive in most games this season, so the Browns should control the pace of this game and feed Judkins plenty. Averaging 4.11 YPC (17th) and 14.75 attempts/game, Judkins has a solid floor against the subpar defense. The Jets have also shipped away some key defensive units before the trade deadline, so their defense now is weaker than it has ever been this season. Judkins is primed for a productive day on the ground and should be considered a dependable RB1 play this week.
Start: Devin Singletary @ Chicago Bears (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
I know this is crazy, but I believe it, and I have him starting in my lineup right now too. Singletary is currently the RB2 on the NYG depth chart behind Tyrone Tracy, however, last week, Singletary carried the ball 8 times vs Tracy’s 5, and was far more productive, rushing for 43 yards (5.3ypc) to Tracy’s 19 yards (3.8ypc). This week they face Da Bears, who rank 23rd vs opposing RB’s. The Giants have lost some of their key offensive players to injuries the past few weeks, and they’re looking for support to help Jaxson Dart anywhere they can find it. The veteran RB may outpace Tracy yet again, and could provide nice flex numbers if you need to find a bye week or injury filler.
Sit: Kimani Vidal, LAC vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (SNF, 11/9 @ 8:20 PM EST)
The Steelers are ranked 10th vs opposing RBs this season, and last week was a bit concerning for Vidal Fantasy managers, as an exciting matchup against a bottom defense in the Tennessee Titans resulted in pure disappointment. Vidal carried the ball 12 times for 30 yards, but was outshined by his counterpart Jarret Patterson in the second half. This week, Vidal faces a stingy run defense and is susceptible to cede more workload to Patterson. Start him only if you have no other choice, but I’d even take a flier on Singletary before starting Vidal this week.
Sit: Breece Hall vs. Cleveland Browns (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
Breece Hall has been very efficient on the ground so far this season, averaging 4.96 ypc, but in 8 weeks he has only saw the endzone twice. Hall’s lack of scoring really limits his fantasy potential, and this week, he faces one of the toughest defenses against the run in the league, and I would not expect him to turn his scoring luck around this week. His big role in the offense keeps him in flex consideration at least, but I would expect him to perform under his fantasy projection this week. Be cautious.

Sit: Emari Demercado @ Seattle Seahawks (Sunday, 11/9 @ 4:05 PM EST)
The Seattle Seahawks tie with the Steelers as the 10th ranked defense against opposing RB’s in fantasy this season, and the Cardinals offensive line is going to feel that pressure. With Jacoby Brissett at the helm, Arizona’s offense has been surging, however, I don’t think that they’ll be able to exploit Seattle’s rush defense as well as they’ll be able to exploit their pass defense. Game script might keep this ball in the air more often, and Demeracado will still be splitting time with running mate Bam Knight. There are plenty of other options to go with before Demercado this week. Wide Receivers: @jvr1210
Start: Wan’Dale Robinson @ Chicago Bears (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
With all of the injuries piling up on the Giants offense, Robinson comes into this week as the number one target for rookie Jaxson Dart. In two of his last three games Robinson has seen his target numbers be in the double digits, with 12 against the Broncos in week seven and 11 this past week against the 49ers. Although the value hasn’t been fantastic, the target numbers, and the lack of other weapons on the Giants offense don’t lie.
This week the Giants play the Chicago Bears, who have allowed the 4th most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers so far this season, and are coming off of an absolute shootout where they allowed Tee Higgins to have the game of his life. So far this season, the Bears have allowed the 10th most receiving yards and the 3rd most receiving TDs. This week should be a good chance for Wan’Dale Robinson to have his best outing of the season.
Start: Stefon Diggs @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
This week the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be the biggest challenge the Patriots have faced since they defeated Buffalo in Week 5. Coincidentally this was also the last week Diggs had a star studded performance. Diggs has been solid this year and his off the field impact on the New England receiving core has perhaps been more significant than his on the field impact. This week the Patriots will be without Boutte, which means there will be more pressure on guys like Diggs, Demario Douglas, and Hunter Henry to step up. One of the largest vulnerabilities in Diggs game was his ability to find the endzone. Now, Diggs has recorded a touchdown in his past two games, but his other counting stats have seen a bit of a dip. With a tough matchup against the Buccaneers, I expect Diggs to be one of the veterans who steps up and makes his impact on this game felt.

Sit: Chris Olave @ Carolina Panthers (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
Olave has been on a bit of a roller-coaster ride this season, with each week seeming to be boom or bust. Don’t get me wrong, Olave is a very talented wide receiver, but the QB play has been inconsistent with Spencer Rattler, and now Tyler Shough seemingly taking the reins. In Shough’s first career start, Olave had a season low in targets with just four against the dominant Los Angeles Rams. This week things don’t get much better for Olave, as the Saints will play the Carolina Panthers, whose secondary has been top 10 in the league so far this season. With a tough match-up and some more work to do on chemistry levels with the new QB, I would recommend sitting Olave this week.
Sit: Deebo Samuel vs. Detroit Lions (Sunday, 11/9 @ 4:25 PM EST)
Deebo has been on a bit of a cold streak lately, with three straight weeks of single digit points in which he has 67 total receiving yards on 12 receptions. The numbers also unfortunately don’t lie, Samuel has struggled to get involved when Mariota is at the helm, which he will be for the foreseeable future after the freak injury to Jayden Daniels last week. Until Samuel can come out of his slump and prove there is chemistry between him and Marcus Mariota, I’d consider sidelining Samuel in fantasy.
Tight Ends: @BreTT_Shevlin
Start: Dalton Kincaid @ Miami Dolphins (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
The Dolphins come into this matchup allowing the 4th most points to Tight Ends. Last week Miami had its struggles covering Mark Andrews as they allowed him to haul in 2 TD catches. Kincaid is coming off his best game of the season where he caught all six targets thrown to him for 101 yards and a touchdown. Josh Allen is playing good football right now and he’s spreading the ball to all of his receivers. James Cook will still get his share of volume, but Kincaid should be seen as a viable # 2 option for Allen this week.
Start: Kyle Pitts Sr. vs. Indianapolis Colts (Berlin, Germany Sunday, 11/9 @ 9:30 AM EST)
Pitts continues to stay involved in this Atlanta offense as he’s seen 7+ targets each of the last three weeks. The Colts just acquired Sauce Gardner this week to sure up their struggling secondary and the expectation is he will shadow Drake London. That should allow for Pitts to see more involvement in what will be a neutral site game for both teams as they head to Berlin for a 9:30am EST start time. With some good TE’s on bye this week like Ferguson and Kelce, Pitts enters my top 10 for the week as a high floor play in week 10.
Start: Taysom Hill @ Carolina Panthers (Sunday, 11/9 @ 1:00 PM EST)
It’s happening this week.

Sit: Jonnu Smith @ Los Angeles Chargers (SNF, 11/9 @ 8:20 PM EST)
The Steelers' utilization of their tight ends might be the most difficult to follow in the NFL. Between Pat Friermuth, Jonnu Smith and Darnell Washington they all play between 40-50% of the snaps. That makes it hard to trust any of the Pittsburgh tight ends. Jonnu has yet to even top 30 recieving yards this season. The Chargers defense is also ranked 4th best against opposing tight ends so he’s basically just TD or bust.
